Business Analyst
Requirement :
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analyst position
- Prefer to have knowledge in AS/400 or SMART/400
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and with others (team work)
- Experience in life insurance and have finance background
- Excellent documentation skill
- Have knowledge in IFRS17 (International Financial Reporting Standards)
Job Description :
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Coordinating with business process user related to business improvement and technology solution requirement
- Developing and maintaining requirement documentation for system implementation prior development stage
